Tesla EV trio gets body kits from a Taiwanese tuner

Taiwan-based company named Custuning has announced body kits coming for three of Tesla’s electric cars – Model S, Model Y and Model 3. The theme is “Greek gods of winds”.

Starting with a package called Notos in honor of the god of the southern wind, it is designed specifically for the Model Y and supposed to embody “speed and power”. Included are a new bumper with a splitter, an aggressive-looking hood, added side skirts, a rear diffuser and a lip spoiler for the tailgate. Forged wheels, eight-piston brake calipers and a slammed air suspension round off the look.

The Model S saloon gets to enjoy Boreas, a body kit inspired by the Greek god of the freezing northern wind. It is particularly bold and eye-catching, and consists entirely of carbon-fiber components. Custuning claims it is meant to maximize downforce, but doesn’t provide any specific numbers. Fender flares are still in development for this one, so we may learn more later.

Finally, the wallet-friendly Model 3 gets a package named Eurus after the god of the wind blowing from the East. It is largely identical to the Model S kit, making generous use of carbon parts.

All three will be present at the SEMA show opening in Las-Vegas next week.
