Nissan refreshes its Note lineup in Japan

The 2027 Nissan Note, Note Aura, and Note Aura Nismo enjoy a range of design improvements while keeping their oily bits intact. All prices have been released, so let’s take a closer look.

In their next model year, the Note hatchback trio gets a new steering wheel wrapped in eco-leather. Only the entry-level FWD variants without the Winter Package installed miss out on this steering wheel. The Note and Note Aura also go on sale in a special trim called Black Edition, while the pricey Aura Nismo enjoys a premium version thereof, called Black Limited.

The regular Note Aura and Aura Nismo now have steering wheel and front seat heating included in the base spec. Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tires are available to both at a premium. The Nissan Note Black Edition and Note Aura Black Edition get a number of blacked-out parts including radiator grille, side mirror caps, wheels, and front badge. The interior is also dark in this version, and some premium options – like surround-view cameras and digital rear-view mirror – are already included.

As for the sporty Nissan Note Nismo Black Limited, it gets a number of pretty decals, some special badging all around, a Bose audio system, NissanConnect sat-nav, and a full ProPilot package.

Prices start from ¥2,299,000 (U.S. $15,058) for the no-frills 2027 Nissan Note. The Note Aura starts from ¥2,849,000 ($17,882). The Aura Nismo bumps the sticker to ¥3,163,600 ($19,854). The black editions of these start from ¥2,499,200, ¥3,271,400 and ¥3,644,300, respectively ($15,687, $20,534 and $22,875, respectively).
