Peugeot introduces AWD versions of E-3008, E-5008

Both electric crossovers can now be ordered with an all-wheel-drive powertrain.

Peugeot mentioned that AWD would become available for the E-3008 and E-5008 “later” when it unveiled the SUVs a year ago, but the sales are only starting now.

Both models rely on a front-axle motor to send 213 PS (210 hp / 157 kW) to the asphalt and a rear-axle motor to add 112 PS (110 hp / 82 kW) of its own. The combined output amounts to 325 PS (321 hp / 239 kW). A 73-kWh battery pack provides the power.

Aside from this, the E-5008 can now be ordered without the third seat row. It fits up to 994 liters (35.1 cubic feet) of luggage with all seats up.
