Lamborghini presents a snowboard

The Italian supercar maker has collaborated with multiple ski equipment brands to produce Warpspeed, a stylish snowboard featuring Falcor composite fastenings. Only 200 will be made and offered from $2,000.

The board was designed with active participation from famous ski equipment vendor Capita. It is based on an existing mass-market model, but Lamborghini badges aren’t the only thing making it stand out. The front and rear ends are shaped to resemble the automaker’s recent supercars, and a special purple finish should reinforce the impression. Lambo says the Warpspeed is an all-rounder snowboard that suits all ski slopes.

Despite being rated as suitable both for prepped slopes and fast-paced freeriding, the Union Falcor fastening hardware weighs as little as 855 grams (1.9 lbs). It also comes adorned with the automaker’s badges and the national colors of Italy.

You won’t be able to order one online, though, because all boards that the company had set aside for web store sales have already been sold out. More can be found in offline stores, though, so hurry there if you want one.
