Jeep Wagoneer S gets an extra power subscription option

Jeep introduced the all-electric Wagoneer S in May 2024 and started shipping the $72k Launch Edition in January 2025. It has now introduced a more affordable Wagoneer S Limited trim for $67k, but beware of the strings attached.

For just $5,000 off the Launch Edition price, you get a slightly cheaper trim all around and a significant power handicap. Instead of the original’s 608 PS (600 hp / 447 kW), the S Limited is, well, limited to 507 PS (500 hp / 373 kW). It has exactly the same powertrain, so the crippling is artificial.

Those willing to put those extra 100 horses to work will have to book a subscription package called Propulsion Boost.
