Check out this gaudy yellow BMW M3 E36 in a Pandem kit

The original E36 model of the BMW 3 Series enjoys the dubious fame of a ‘worker-class sports car’. People often associate it with obnoxious and over-the-top tuning projects aimed at attracting everyone’s attention. On the other hand, why not?

This specific example certainly isn’t breaking any stereotypes, either. Painted vivid yellow and outfitted with massive Pandem Rocketbunny parts, it screams, ‘Look at me!’ The black Rotiform wheels and slammed air ride suspension reinforce the impression. The video shows a similar-looking E36 M3 with the same paintjob and kit.

Things look sadder under the hood, where a U.S.-sped six-cylinder engine toils for mere 240 hp (179 kW) and up to 305 Nm (225 lb-ft) of torque. The car can’t accelerate past 220 km/h (136 mph).
