Chery Fulwin T11 debuts in China

Chery has formally introduced the Fulwin T11, its largest crossover utility vehicle so far. It runs on hybrid power and boasts a huge 30-inch display in the cabin.

The Fulwin T11 is 5,150 mm (201.2 inches) long, 1,995 mm (78 inches) wide and 1,800 mm (70.3 inches) tall with 3,120 mm (121.9 inches) between the axles. All four 21-inch wheels are suspended independently.

It remains to be revealed how powerful the drivetrain is, but it includes two electric motors in addition to a petrol engine, so it should be beefy enough. Rumors claim the SUV needs less than five seconds to go from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) despite its size. They also claim that the all-electric range will amount to 220 km (136 miles) and the combined range to 1,400 km (870 miles).

A peek inside reveals a giant 30-inch 6K display on the dash doubling as the head unit and the front passenger’s screen. Hardware buttons are virtually nonexistent, there is a modest-sized digital dash cluster and up to 23 audio speakers depending on the trim level.

The Fulwin T11 is strictly a six-seater. Those in the middle row can enjoy massage and adjust their seat positions for more legroom. A 9.2-liter mini-fridge and a 17.3-inch ceiling-mounted display are listed under options.

The sales launch date remains to be announced.
