Xiaomi reaches 100,000 cars made
The Chinese IT corporation has churned out over 100,000 electric vehicles to date.
It took mere 230 days for Xiaomi to hit this milestone, earning it a place in history as the automaker with the fastest production rate dynamic since launch. The fact that the company only has one car in its portfolio – the sedan-shaped SU7 – makes it all the more impressive.
The company is now on course to shipping 120,000 SU7 examples before the end of the year. Its second production car, an SUV, is not expected until 2025.
