2026 Voyah Dream lineup unveiled with more power and range than ever

Chinese automaker Voyah has updated its Dream minivan lineup. The plug-in hybrid version now charges extremely fast thanks to 800V internals, covers 350 km (217 miles) on electricity alone and can go on for 1,530 km (950 miles) on a full tank.

The part-electric MPV will go on sale priced from 389,900 to 459,900 Yuan depending on the trim. In the meantime, you can preorder a particularly deluxe First Edition for a cool 529,900 Yuan.

The Voyah Dream PHEV is advertised by the manufacturer as the world’s first hybrid minivan to pack a 800-volt electric system. It also commands 657 PS (648 hp / 483 kW) and has an unusually large 62.5-kWh battery pack on board. Sprinting from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) takes 5.9 seconds, while the top speed lies at 203 km/h (126 mph).

The all-electric Dream EV only received a slight update this time around. The company says it can now cover 700 km (435 miles) per charge, but doesn’t reveal much else. It goes on and on about the hybrid version, claiming that no other plug-in hybrid in the world can do 350 km (217 miles) in all-electric mode and charge up from 20 to 80 percent in 12 minutes. As if that weren’t enough, it can also do a full standing turn a.k.a. tank turn.

Both versions measure 5,315 mm long, 1,980 mm wide and 1,820 mm tall with 3.2 meters of wheelbase – same as before the facelift. The exterior and cabin also stay largely unchanged except for a new illuminated Voyah badge at the back. It glows in light blue. The large radiator grille with vertical chrome bars and the dual-tone finish are not new, either.

The interior is dominated by a 15.6-inch “floating” infotainment system screen running on the Huawei HarmonySpace 5 OS. Another 17.3-inch display is installed for the back row. All seats are heated, ventilated and equipped with 26-point massage hardware. Last but not least, the minivan can be optioned with the Huawei Qiankun ADS package comprising 27 self-driving devices including a single LiDAR and a millimeter-range radar.
