Car Tuning
German tuner Brabus continues expanding its 800 lineup, having now launched its customization package for the range-topping 63s 4Matic version of the Mercedes-AMG GLE-Class.
The upgrade starts with an external ECU module called the BRABUS PowerXtra B40S-800, which ramps up the output to 800 PS (789 hp / 588 kW) and 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) at the crank. Outfitted like this, the supercar needs as little as 3.4 seconds to hit 100 km/h (62 mph). A speed limiter kicks in at 280 km/h (174 mph).
On the outside, the car now wears a full aerodynamic package consisting of a splitter, a diffuser, fender flares and a slew of other, less prominent elements such as front bumper air intakes. The shop recommends 24-inch BRABUS Monoblock Z Platinum Edition wheels to go with the body kit, but you could settle for a smaller diameter or a more affordable wheel model.
Those who want it may order a full interior makeover using only the finest materials such as natural leather, carbon fiber etc.
Watch the video for a similar conversion performed on an old Mercedes-AMG GLE four years ago.
