This LR Defender is a one-off art collection piece
Land Rover specialists over at Heritage Customs have worked together with tattoo artist Henk Schiffmacher to create a rolling art piece out of this Defender.
As you’d expect from Schiffmacher, tattoos became the main inspiration for the design. The artist had spent hundreds of hours applying the ornaments onto the body panels by hand. He took great care to keep the exterior looking cohesive, using coffee-with-milk tones on the panels, the body kit, the mirror covers and the 20-inch forged wheels.
The interior was allowed to stay black, but the same classy graphics appeared on the seats and the dashboard. Heritage Customs neglected to reveal any powertrain details, but emphasized that the car was a collectable one-off. You can order something similar, but the exact same look is out of the question.
