VW teases a cheap CUV for Brazil, asks customers to name it

Volkswagen has released the first teaser pic of a very modestly trimmed crossover utility vehicle for the Brazilian market.

It still doesn’t have a proper name and goes under the in-house designation “Project 246”. Once out and about, it will compete against the likes of Fiat Pulse and Renault Kardian on the local market.

The premiere date is still pending. In the meantime, the local Volkswagen office launched a website where users can suggest a name for the car.
