BMW M3 wagon shows up in official photos

BMW has posted the first images of its M3 CS Touring model being tested on a racetrack.

Details are few at this point. We suppose that the wagon will follow the same design pattern as the M3 CS sedan: lighter body, a 3.0-liter I6 TT under the hood and 550 PS (542 hp / 404 kW) heading to all four wheels via an active M Differential.

However it is, we should be able learn the truth in several weeks at most. On a side note, the M3 CS Touring looks like it may be the last model in the current 3-Series generation.
