Changan CS75 Pro coming to China soon

Changan has revealed the pricing of its latest CS75 model, dubbed the Pro. It is set to go on sale soon priced from 107,900 to 119,900 Yuan depending on the trim level.

The crossover SUV is 4,742 mm (185.2 inches) long, 1,870 mm (73 inches) wide and 1,720 mm (67.2 inches) tall. The wheelbase amounts to 2,786 mm (108.8 inches), the suspension is independent, and the wheels start from 19 inches of diameter.

Power comes from a 1.5-liter turbo engine rated at 188 PS (185 hp / 138 kW) and 300 Nm (224 lb-ft) of torque, routed to the front wheels through a seven-speed DCT. The top speed is capped at 190 km/h (118 mph), and the average fuel consumption comes to 7.3 liters per 100 km. This is going to be the only powertrain available for the time being.

AutoHome.cn adds that the new CS75 Pro will be offered in five- and seven-seat configurations. Options will include an infotainment system composed of a 12.3-inch digital dash display and a 10.25-inch central screen, surround view cameras, power seats and a panoramic roof. Eco leather is the only trimming material on the list.

Once out and about, the SUV will have to compete against the likes of Geely Boyue L (Atlas) and Haval H6.
