2025 Geely Coolray hits showrooms in China

Geely has launched sales of its updated Binyue L/Coolray crossover on the domestic market, pricing it between 98,800 and 96,800 Yuan, AutoHome.cn reports.

The front end has been revised with a new bumper, a larger central intake and C-shaped side trims, as well as a different radiator grille pattern. Similar changes have been made at the rear with the bumper, the spoiler and the taillight signatures all new.

Inside, the emphasis was made on multimedia technologies. The new Binyue L/Coolray no longer has merged displays. Instead, it features a rather small digital dash cluster (8.8 inches of diagonal size) and a much larger 14.6-inch infotainment display. The system runs on Flyme Auto OS.

Other than that, things stay stock in the tech department. The same 1.5-liter turbo engine still sends 181 PS (179 hp / 133 kW) and 290 Nm (214 lb-ft) of torque to the wheels through a seven-speed DCT. The SUV takes 7.6 seconds to get from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) and consumes 6.35 liters of petrol per 100 kilometers, which neatly translates into 37 miles per U.S. gallon.
