New Haval H7 shows up in an official photo

Chinese automaker Haval has posted a single pic of its upcoming H7 SUV. We’ve seen it on patent shots and spy pics before, but let’s take a look anyway.

The H7 is 4,780 mm (186.7 inches) long, 1,895 mm (74 inches) wide and 1,725 mm (67.4 inches) tall with 2,810 mm (109.8 inches) of wheelbase. It’s a five-seater with no option planned for a third seat row. The launch date and pricing are pending.

The patent application mentioned just one powertrain – a hybrid based on a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine with 114 PS (112 hp / 84 kW) and a single unspecified e-motor. A LiFePo4 battery pack rated at 27.5 kWh delivers up to 126 km (78 miles) of electric range. It’s worth noting that other powertrain options usually become available later.
