Lexus IS dresses in all black for Japan
Customers in Japan may now order their Lexus IS sedan with a black-out package called F Sport Mode Black IV.
Aside from the usual body trim, it gets matching BBS wheels and a much darker-looking interior with a black wood accent on the steering wheel. The rest of the car stays stock.
Japanese buyers can choose between two powertrains for this package – IS 300 (petrol, 245 PS / 242 hp / 180 kW) and IS 300h (hybrid, 220 PS / 217 hp / 162 kW). Prices start from the equivalent of U.S. $38,000 for the former and $41,000 for the latter.
