Nissan retouches Fairlady Z slightly for 2025

The mildly refreshed Nissan Fairlady Z is now available for those customers in Japan motivated enough to play a lottery for it.

Compared to the pre-facelift car (see video), the new model has an SOS button in the cabin for calling emergency services. It also comes in a new paint option called Midnight Purple, recognizable by many of us as the most iconic color of the Nissan GT-R.

Prices start from U.S. $39,000 or so, but Nissan makes things complicated by limiting annual production for Japan to 4,100 units. This includes 500 high-end Nismo examples. Prospective buyers have to enter a draw to see whether they get to buy one or not.
