Vintage truck collection crops up in California

More than a dozen of retro trucks assembled by Timber Crest Farms is heading to an auction in California in March.

There are 14 trucks in total, produced between 1917 and 1956. Despite their age, all are said to be in pristine condition. Most were made by the now-defunct Sterling brand.

The Drive claims it is the largest collection of this kind so far. The owner is none other than Ronald Waltenspiel, famous farmer and winemaker. Having recently turned 92, he is now looking for someone younger to take care of the vehicles.
