Reports: Tesla to launch Robotaxi in 2025, but with operators
For the time being, the company plans to offer its driverless taxi service in test mode with human operators ready to take over control in challenging situations.
These people won’t be sitting in the car with the passengers, though. Instead, they will remotely monitor the taxis and only chime in when Autopilot software fails.
According to unofficial reports, Tesla hopes to launch autonomous Robotaxi fleets in California and Texas in 2025. You will need a dedicated app to hail a cab, which is in development right now.

This car looks like the child of the cyber truck. Also I don’t get how more simple equals more futuristic because in the mediaeval days we see those sculptures that are incredibly detailed and someone has spent hours on it if not days if not months if not even years and modern houses are incredibly expensive but they are just simple and I don’t really understand why that’s modern and advanced because if you go to a historical site in England, you can see all of the details on the buildings everywhere on the doors the door handles, even the ground is details to the point where you can see the wrinkles in the sculptures hands.
