Zeekr ushers in a new compact van for China

Chinese automaker Zeekr has unveiled its first compact MPV, the Mix.

The company boasts that it resorted to developing a whole new architecture for the model so that it could have the best-in-class length-to-wheelbase ratio. While there are no specific numbers just yet, you can see for yourself that the van has an extremely long wheelbase for its compact overall dimensions. It also lacks b-pillars and has plenty of configurable interior space.

It helps that the floor inside is completely level. You can move the seats around on rails and swivel them around to face each other. The same goes for the center console with a built-in folding table: you can pull it all the way to the rear seats and push back to the front when needed.

While not official, reports are coming in that the Zeekr Mix will run on 422 electric PS (416 hp / 310 kW). The launch date remains to be announced.
