Classic Ford Broncos rolls out another splendid Bronco Gen.1 restomod

Recently, we have told you about a 1968 Ford Bronco restomod that U.S. tuner Classic Ford Broncos fitted with a powerful V8 and painted as black as tar. A few days ago, the same team put up another specimen for sale – but with a cutesy baby-blue paintjob this time around.

The base vehicle is still a Mk1 Ford Bronco, albeit produced in 1970. Aside from the original paint, it sports Bilstein shocks (+90 mm / 3.5 inches ride height), off-road rims wrapped in BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A rubber, and Wilwood Hydroboost brakes with red calipers.

The cabin of the Ford Bronco Jupiter Blue sports awesome ‘Sun-Kissed Sand’ tinted leather on the seats, doors and upper dash, and houses a wooden steering wheel with chrome-coated stainless-steel spokes. Judging by the photos, the top is removable, and there is a robust-looking roll cage directly behind the front seats.

Powering the build is a 5.0-liter Ford Racing Coyote V8 linked to a four-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive system. The tuner did not provide any specific figures, but we would expect it to be six or maybe eight times as good as the stock mill.

Overall, the car looks downright fascinating. The only downside is the price tag, which reads $225 000.
