The current Subaru model lineup lacks a “sporty” STI version, but the company may bring the badge back next year with the facelift of the all-electric Solterra.
A number of media in Japan are reporting that the automaker plans to release a driver-focused variant of the SUV alongside the regular version. They speculate that most modifications will focus on improving handling instead of power and torque output, though.
