After triggering UAW with its forced staff cuts, Stellantis Group has changed its policies and is now asking employees to leave on their own accord.
Workers with between 1 and 15 years of experience at Stellantis can expect a severance pay to the tune of $50,000. Those who have stayed with the company for more than 25 years are eligible for the highest compensation available, $72,000.
All employees willing to resign will also be getting six months of medical insurance as a bonus.
