BYD Sea Lion 05 interior shots leak online

The first images showing the cabin of the all-electric BYD Sea Lion 05 crossover have been posted on CarNewsChina. Most of it is cladded, but you can still discern a 12.8-inch steering wheel in the middle and bucket front seats with integrated headrests.

There is no center console to speak of. The sporty-looking steering wheel has a flattened shape and three spokes. The door handles are oval, and it seems like the car has vertical climate vents in the dash.

Coming in at 4,520 mm (176.6 inches) long, 1,860 mm (72.7 inches) wide and 1,630 mm (63.7 inches) tall, the Sea Lion 05 is a compact CUV. It comes equipped with a single electric motor rated at either 188 PS (185 hp / 138 kW) or 214 PS (211 hp / 157 kW), whichever you choose. The rest of the specs, such as range, remain to be announced.

The sales are slated to begin in 2025.
