Most Utopia buyers drive manual, Pagani says
According to Pagani Automobili, 70 percent of its customers who bought a Utopia hypercar opted for a manual transmission instead of the default dual-clutch one.
Interestingly, the Italian company never even offered manual transmission with its older car, the Huayra. The recently released Huayra Epitome is the world’s only stick-shifted Huayra model in existence. As it now turns out, the market had wanted it all along.
The recent unveiling of the Nilu27 hypercar with an “analog” aesthetic and manual gearbox serves to further prove this point.
