This pimped-out Rolls-Royce Wraith counts among Justin Bieber’s latest acquisitions. Built by West Coast Customs, the improvised hovercar has an estimated cost of U.S. $25,000,000.

The exterior pays homage to the RR 103EX Concept revealed not long ago. Note especially the wheels hidden behind body panels and hub caps, and widened fenders. The front fascia looks completely different, while the tail end boasts triangular brake lights and more visual bulk.

YouTube vlogger effspot managed to catch Bieber driving his car on camera, and the singer himself was no less startled to see effspot’s Bosozoku-tuned ride.
