Ford Bronco Raptor reveals new details on spy photos

Ford did its best to conceal the powerful Bronco Raptor prototype from prying eyes, but there was no hiding its boxy silhouette, flared fenders or increased ground clearance.

Large areas at the front and rear ends remain disguised, but one can still make a number of interesting observations based on what little can be seen. For one, there is a familiar radiator grille that looks borrowed from the F-150 Raptor pickup. For another, there are 17-inch rims wrapped in BF Goodrich AT All-Terrain T/A tires.

The suspension looks redesigned for off-road performance and high clearance. In all likelihood, there will be other design changes, too, so that we may tell the Bronco Raptor from its standard counterpart.
