Microlino Spiaggina coming to Europe, but good luck getting one

Microlino’s electric beach buggy, the Spiaggina, will be getting an official release in Europe following its Paris Motor Show debut last fall. With the production limited to just 55 units, though, buying one may pose a challenge.

Compared to the standard Mictolino EV, the special edition has no side or rear windows. It wears a roll-back cloth top and can be optioned in a two-tone finish, although you can also go with a simple solid color for the whole exterior.

All power is sourced from a 10.5-kWh battery pack. An electric motor drives the wheels with 17 PS (17 hp / 13 kW), taking the microcar to its top speed of 90 km/h (55 mph).

Prices start at a cool €26,000, though we suspect it’s still affordable enough for the special batch to go out of stock before long.
