Porsche updates Taycan 4 & Taycan GTS

After refreshing some of its Tayan EV lineup earlier this year, Porsche has now unveiled versions 4 and GTS. The former is now finally a sedan like the rest of the lineup, and the latter enjoys a 102 PS (101 hp / 76 kW) power boost.

Starting with the Taycan GTS, it can now briefly hit 700 PS (690 hp / 515 kW) in Overboost mode and comes equipped with the formerly optional Sport Chrono package as standard. With a 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) sprint time of 3.3 seconds, it is 0.4 seconds faster than its predecessor. Porsche also points out a 0.7-second improvement in quarter-mile time.

The entry-level Taycan 4 is now available in wagon (Sport Turismo) and sedan flavors with an all-wheel-drive powertrain standard for both. The power amounts to 402 PS (397 hp / 296 kW) with the standard battery and rises to 429 PS (423 hp / 316 kW) with an extended battery pack.

U.S. prices for the Taycan 4 sedan start from $105,300, while the GTS begins at a cool $149,900 – nearly nine thousand bucks higher than pre-facelift.

Oh, and the exterior/interior visual tweaks are minimal. You can check out any updated Taycan to get the idea about the entire lineup.
