Skoda teases another student-made concept

The Czech automaker has a reason to celebrate now that the students of its Academy in Mlada Boleslav are wrapping up their 10th project car.

The company’s tradition of tasking would-be automotive designers with concept car development is 11 years old. The latest prototype from the Academy hit the spotlight in the summer of 2023 (see video). This year’s vehicle is being designed and built by a particularly large team of 28 students, who want it to become a special present for Skoda’s 130th anniversary.

It’s still a complete mystery what kind of car it is or what it is called. All we know is that the bodywork has been fully fabricated, welded, assembled and primed for painting. There’s going to be some time before it is ready.
