Check out the mid-engined Cadillac C120R

U.S.-based tuner Competition Carbon will be gracing the SEMA show next year with a mid-engined supercar styled like modern Cadillacs, but based on a Chevrolet Corvette Stingray platform.

The car only exists on sketches right now, but the company aspires to equip it with a V12. You may watch the embedded video to see what the stock Stingray looks like and compare with the sketches.

The Cadillac C120R is meant to celebrate the 120th birthday of the North American car marque coming up in 2022. As you may see, the donor vehicle only has its doors and roof intact on the images, while the rest is going to be completely overhauled. This includes vertical LED headlights, flared fenders and a special engine cover. The taillights will also be vertical with quad exhaust tips underneath. An impressively sized rear diffuser is present, too, and some versions of the car depict it with a hydraulic-adjustable rear wing.

Other than the V12 mentioned above, technical parameters remain to be announced. In 2023, Competition Carbon plans to bring a drop-top version of the same car to SEMA. No mention is made of mass production, so it could be a one-off.
