KG Mobility rolls out three concept cars

KG Mobility – which is the name SsangYong took for itself after a change of leadership – has revealed a trio of concepts meant to show us where the company plans on moving next. According to CarsGuide, it looks like the Korean marque will be betting big on stylish electric SUVs.

The rugged-looking KG F100 is the biggest of the three. It comes with impressively sized bumpers, flared arches and a novel front end with a sculpted hood dropping at the nose. The headlamps are pixelated and can project animated patterns on the road.

The KG O100 is a pickup truck with its headlights borrowed from the recently revealed Torres EVX SUV. The side inserts in the front bumper contribute to the EVX likeness. Other than that, the manufacturer obviously tries to highlight the off-road qualities of the O100: note the prominent towing eyes and the large roof rack, just to name a few features.

As for KG KR10, it seems to represent a fresh take on the Korando SUV that has stayed in production for around four decades now. The radiator grille and the round headlights are both immediately recognizable, but the car on the whole looks much more stylish and up-to-date.
