Penultimate The Grand Tour episode teased with its iconic crew still together

Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond will come together just two more times to wrap up their last car-themed show, The Grand Tour. The teaser of the last-but-one episode has just been posted by Amazon on YouTube.

The episode is called ‘Sand Job’ and takes place in Mauritania. The star driver trio follows the route of the Paris-Dakar Rally, but on sports cars rather than off-roaders: an Aston Martin DB9, a Jaguar F-Type and a Maserati GranCabrio.

The video description says the journey begins with the planet’s longest train. Once they get off, the Top Gear trio go to Sahara and cross multiple rivers. As expected, the tour has proven to be a major challenge for everyone involved – both humans and machines.

The Grand Tour – Sand Job will air on February 16, 2024. The last episode of the show will take the iconic trio to Zimbabwe on a Ford Capri, a Lancia Montecarlo and a Triumph Stag. Its premiere date is still pending.
