Chelsea takes a break from Defender tuning to tackle Ineos Grenadier

Famous British tuner Kahn Design and its subsidiary Chelsea Truck Company have spent years producing all kinds of custom Land Rover Defender builds, but their latest project sees them abandon the marque in favor of its unofficial spin-off, Ineos. Let’s see what new and exciting modifications the Grenadier SUV wound up with.

Other than 20-inch Mondial RS Forged rims shod in 35-inch rubber, mildly flared wheel arches and a black spare wheel carrier on the tailgate, the exterior changes are minimal. The company says it has a full-fledged body kit in development for the model, but it’s not there yet.

Things liven up a lot in the cabin, which sports an all-new trim in perforated tan leather. As far as we understand it, the stock 3.0-liter inline-six BMW diesel under the hood stays stock.

Moving forward, Afzal Kahn plans to expand the range of options and accessories for the Ineos Grenadier, so this project is far from being a one-off.
