1,100-PS Lamborghini Revuelto tuning kit costs Bitcoins to buy

German tuner DMC has released one of the world’s first power upgrades for the first hybrid Lamborghini, the Revuelto. Aside from nearly a hundred extra horsepower, it includes a sleek carbon-fiber aero kit.

Once tuned, the 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 assisted by a trio of electric motors begins churning out 1,100 PS (1,085 hp / 809 kW) to the wheels – a solid improvement over the original’s already impressive 1,015 PS (747 kW).

The Stage 1 boost is implemented via an ECU remap and the installation of a lightweight exhaust system by Zesad. Later on, the company plans to unveil Stage 2 and 3 packages with even more power and torque.

From the aesthetic perspective, the biggest change is a spoiler in the back. There are two designs to choose from – a retractable wing compatible with the OEM pop-up mechanism and a fixed rear wing a-la Aventador SVJ for those who want to be noticed. The website also lists carbon-fiber side mirror caps, a rear diffuser and side skirts, but these parts are nowhere to be seen in the images below.

In case you are interested, note that DMC doesn’t accept regular payments – you are expected to use Bitcoins instead. For instance, the larger rear wing option costs 0.2 BTC. The exhaust system comes in at 0.12 BTC and the chip tune at another 0.06 BTC. The whole tuning kit translates to roughly $37,500 at the current rate.
