Genesis G70 hits the track again

The new G70 Track Day Special Concept is based on the last year’s G70 Track Taxi Nordschleife, but improves upon it in multiple ways.

The car is now finished in matte black with orange accents. It wears a swan-neck rear wing and sports a revised front bumper with an added splitter and enlarged air intakes. The hood has vents in it, the headlights are yellow, and the taillights are blacked out.

Things in the chassis and powertrain departments appear identical to the G70 Track Taxi. The car rides low on UHP tires wrapped around 19-inch wheels and benefits from high-end suspension tweaks intended for the Nürburgring. A 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6 under the hood makes 373 PS (368 hp / 274 kW) and sends up to 510 Nm (376 lb-ft) of torque to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission.
