One-off Suzuki Jimny six-wheeler up for grabs in the UK

A Suzuki Jimny retrofitted with a third axle is on sale on eBay in England right now for a cool asking price of £45,000, no bidding.

The conversion was carried out by Mocho Fabrication from the village of Broadway, England. The team behind the build had to extend the chassis and the body of the compact off-roader so that the extra axle would fit. They applied black moldings to conceal the seams and used as many OEM parts as possible, so the end result looks almost like something that rolled off the Suzuki assembly line.

Some work has been done on the interior, which ended up in grey/black leather instead of the standard fabric. A Kenwood multimedia system was also installed in place of the stock unit. The engine was left alone, meaning the six-wheeler sends just 105 PS (104 hp / 77 kW) to the wheels along with 134 Nm (100 lb-ft) of torque. On the upside, it only has four wheels to drive, because the added pair is passive.

The Jimny 6x4 is certified for public roads in the UK.
