A motorhome from a Boeing engineer on sale in WA

A 1974 Cadillac Eldorado sedan converted into a whole RV is up for grabs for $20,000 in the state of Washington. The seller claims it was built by a Boeing engineer in his driveway.

Not only does this Eldorado make a solid-looking camper, it also comes equipped with its original 8.2-liter V8. Importantly, this means the drive is on the front wheels and the floor inside the cabin is perfectly level – no driveshaft to get in the way.

The interior looks retro, not to say dated, with its parquet floor, wooden furniture and fake leather on the seats. There is a kitchen with two sinks on board, a mini-dining room with a sofa, a toilet and a bed.

We aren’t sure whether the RV is street-legal in all states. The listing doesn’t go into much detail on the vintage powertrain, which may or may not require some work until it is legal on the streets. The mileage and technical condition are also unknown.
