Manthey discloses pricing for 911 GT2 RS & GT3 RS kits, takes orders

According to Manthey Racing, maximizing the aerodynamic performance of your Porsche 911 GT2 RS costs U.S. $113,140. The GT3 RS kit is even more expensive at $116,160.

We first learned about these kits in November. The GT3 RS was by far the more extensively tuned ride out of the two, sporting a new front splitter, Gurney flaps on wheel arches and new canards. It also featured side skirts, a rear wing with a shark fin and a lightweight carbon panel where the rear window used to be. Considered together, these upgrades reportedly generate more than 1,000 kilos (2,200 pounds) of additional downforce at 285 km/h (177 mph).

The GT2 RS has also been extensively redesigned with new front spoiler winglets, rear diffuser and rear wing. It also received a shroud for the underbody, tweaked suspension shocks and wheels normally only obtainable from the OEM Weissach Package.

You can already preorder your kit. Manthey reckons it will start delivering them this spring.
