Manhart unveils a 935-PS BMW M4

The German tuning company has unleashed its wildest M4 tuning project in our memory: the MH4 900.

New turbochargers, forged pistons and connecting rods, a carbon-fiber air intake and a larger, more capable intercooler let the G82 BMW M4 seen here send 935 PS (922 hp / 688 kW) to the wheels along with 1,190 Nm (878 lb-ft) of torque to the wheels. That’s highly impressive for a 3.0-liter twin-turbo flat-six without displacement mods or other extreme measures. Manhart didn’t specify any acceleration times, but you can bet this M4 sprints 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) faster than the stock car’s 3.2 seconds.

Complementing the engine upgrades is a stainless-steel exhaust system with valves for sound adjustment. Manhart also stocks up on H&R lowering springs and special wheels sized 20x10.5 inches at the front and 21x11.5 inches at the rear end.

On the outside, the tuned M4 looks like any other Manhart creation with a sporty front splitter, canards, side sill extensions and a carbon-fiber diffuser. The same lightweight material can be found on the seat backs and miscellaneous cabin décor.
