Nissan puts prices on the 2026 Teana lineup for China

Nissan has used the Guangzhou show as an opportunity to reveal its refreshed Teana sedan for the Chinese domestic market. With updated looks and a digital interior designed with assistance from Huawei, it starts from 139,900 Yuan and tops out at 167,900 Yuan.

The automaker’s signature V-shape at the front is still there, but composed differently compared to before the facelift. The radiator grille has new accents at both sides, the bumper looks redesigned, and the headlights can now throw their high beams as far as 230 meters (755 feet).

Changes continue at the rear end with a new bumper and revised taillights. The exterior dimensions are 4,920 x 1,850 x 1,447 mm (192.2 x 72.3 x 56.5 inches) with 2,825 mm (110.4 inches) between the axles. In practical terms, the new Teana is virtually the same size as its predecessor, just slightly longer due to the trim.

Inside, a 15.6-inch middle display dominates the dashboard, accompanied by a 10.25-inch instrument cluster. The infotainment system runs on a Huawei OS and offers seamless smartphone integration, as well as AI-powered voice assistance features. The audio is provided by 17 speakers from the same company. Nissan also points out “ultra-comfortable” new seats designed specifically for the 2026 Teana.

Customers in China get to choose from two 2.0-liter engine options – naturally aspirated and turbocharged. The former delivers 156 PS (154 hp / 115 kW) and 197 Nm (145 lb-ft) of torque, while the latter manages 243 PS (240 hp / 179 kW) along with 370 Nm (273 lb-ft). Both rely on a CVT with eight imitated gears for transmission.
