Novitec and its Rolls-Royce-focused subsidiary Spofec tend to prioritize class and understatement when working with cars, but billionaire Klaus Koenigsallee persuaded them to make an exception with these over-the-top stylized wheels.
Working with the familiar SP3 wheel set co-designed between Noviec and Vossen (see video), the tuners overlaid it with a detailed depiction of a watch face. And not just any watch, either, but that of a Rolex Submariner – arguably one of the marque’s most iconic and recognizable watches in history. The Klaus Koenigsallee jewelry shop in Düsseldorf, Germany offers gem-encrusted watches among its products, so the request actually makes sense.
When finished, the black wheels with silver accents were installed on a Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII Series II. Novitec never released any pricing details, and we suppose it was a one-off commission with highly customized pricing, anyway.
