Engine: 4.0-liter V8 biturbo (hand-built, AMG-specific).
Power Output: 503 hp (510 PS) at 5,500–6,250 rpm.
Torque: 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) at 2,000–4,500 rpm.
Transmission: 9-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT (Multi-Clutch Technology) automatic with wet clutch, replacing the previous 7-speed unit for quicker shifts and improved responsiveness. Features manual mode with paddle shifters.
Drivetrain: Rear-wheel drive (RWD) with an electronically controlled limited-slip differential for enhanced traction and cornering.

AMG Sports Exhaust System: Standard, with adjustable flaps for customizable sound (quiet in Comfort mode, aggressive in Sport+ and Race modes). Japan models may have slightly tuned exhaust notes to meet local noise regulations.
Dynamic Engine Mounts: Exclusive to C63 S, these adjust stiffness based on driving conditions, reducing vibration in Comfort mode and enhancing rigidity during dynamic driving.
