UAE tuner makes right-hand-drive GMC Hummer EV available to everyone

The mighty GMC Hummer EV isn’t a mass-market truck by any definition, so the company is reluctant to invest in developing in a right-hand-drive version. But there’s always a demand for such versions, and UAE-based shop Global Conversions plans to satisfy it for the rest of the world.

The company has only recently produced its first RHD truck, but it has big plans. Specifically, it wants to ship RHD Hummer EVs to as many as 77 countries around the globe, including South Africa, Australia, India, Pakistan and Thailand.

The announcement is light on technicalities, but we know that the conversion takes up to 27 days and is carried out “in accordance with the internationally recognized standards”. The team changes the whole interior layout while taking care to rewire every device, ending up with a vehicle that looks as if it rolled off the assembly line like that.

Global Conversions neglected to give us a price estimate, but you can already order a Hummer EV like this one. Shipping is available to 77 countries with left-hand traffic.
