Jeep Wrangler gets a special version in Australia

Jeep continues celebrating the 80 years of Wrangler in Australia, getting 130 SUVs with exclusive Willys Overland CJ-3A styling ready to rumble.

Watch the attached video if you need a reminder on what the Willys Overland is. The Wrangler series is called Unlimited Willys and comes in four colors to choose from, namely Sarge Green, Sting Grey, Bright White and Black Wrangler. It boasts a glossy black front grille, ‘Willys’ captions to the left and right of the hood, and 17-inch, five-spoke aluminum wheels finished in black.

The interior makes use of a Silver Platinum dashboard and all-weather floor mats. Technical upgrades elsewhere include a Dana M220 rear axle and a new rear differential.

The limited series draws its power from a 3.6-liter V6 rated at 284 PS (280 hp / 209 kW), which uses an eight-speed automatic transmission to drive all four wheels.
