Hofele’s take on the AMG G-Wagen is rather held-back

The Mercedes-Benz G-Class, and the AMG G63 in particular, is an aftermarket tuning favorite, and many tuners just don’t know when to stop. Frankly speaking, we had our concerns about Hofele, but its latest take on the G-Class is just as fashionable as the rest of them.

Called the HG 63 Sport, the SUV rocks a purpose-designed front bumper and a new Panamericana-style grille with the atelier logo on it instead of the tri-pointed star. 24-inch Hofele wheels fill out the arches sporting Y-shaped spokes, and a matte carbon trim all around creates a compelling contrast with the Moon Silver primary paint.

The inside space is draped in red leather and Alcantara top to bottom, with the rear sofa replaced with two individual seats separated with a center console. The seats themselves can be moved several inches forward or backwards.

The HG 63 Sport starts from around €300,000.
