Check out a Ferrari made out of 383,000 Lego bricks

Legoland Denmark has put up a life-sized Ferrari Monza SP1 on display made from 383,000 constructor pieces. The sculpture can be found in the Ferrari Build and Race exhibition.

In all likelihood, the replica is built around a metal frame – note the accurately positioned wheels and tires. Everything else, including brake calipers, rotors and the car itself, consists of Lego parts.

All visitors to the Ferrari Build and Race show can piece together their own Italian supercar and have a team of professionals digitalize it as a 3D model suitable for injection into PC games. They will then be able to drive their custom creation on a virtual representation of Ferrari’s Fiorano Circuit.

As for the base Monza model (see video), it came out in 2018 boasting a 6.5-liter V12 rated at 810 PS (800 hp / 596 kW).
