7Design rolls out a classy silver Maserati MC20 ARIA

7Design, a tuning company with headquarters in New York City, has been working with the Maserati MC20 a lot lately, outfitting the Italian sports car with an in-house body kit known as the ARIA (see video). The example produced several days ago is especially eye-catching thanks to a complete silver finish.

According to the tuner, the idea behind the Silver Surfer project was to evoke associations with vintage aviation. Although the car received the full ARIA V2 stylistic treatment, you will need to look closer to spot the carbon-fiber parts. Everything from the aero parts to the wheels and the badges is finished in the same silver tint as the body. Aside from looking unique, the car is said to generate up to 408 kg (900 pounds) of downforce at 322 km/h (200 miles per hour), so it’s not just for the looks, either.
