Alpine working on a sports EV
The French automaker is designing a fully electric sports car with a 2+2 seat layout.
It is much larger than the gas-powered A110 and rumored to be a rival to the Porsche 911. To that end, it will supposedly receive a three-motor powertrain and all-wheel drive.
The model designation remains to be announced, but unofficial sources refer to the car as "A310". As such, it would be logical for it to slot in between the current A110 and the impending A390.
